Q1. In reference to Section II.C paragraph 3, Can you please clarify the statement regarding the offeror only receiving one awarded contract per zone.

A1. GSA may award multiple zones under one contract number.

Q2. Does GSA intend to have each zone support the aggregate bonding capacity of $10 mil by providing $2 mil in aggregate bonding capacity for each of the five (5) zones?

A2. Each zone will be independently evaluated. Evidence of the minimum requirement Bonding Capacity must be presented for each zone being proposed on.

Q3. Can you provide an estimated number of CUI task orders that may be issued per zone? If not, can you provide an estimated percentage of task orders of all task orders issued that might involve CUI?

Q4. Can you provide an estimated range in the task order value of CUI task Orders?

A4. GSA does not have an estimated order value for CUI Orders.

A5. Agreement Section III.G, outlines CUI safeguards that may apply to the CUI information issued under each task order. Any direct costs should be applied on the task order level.

Offerors should follow-up with clients/references to ensure timely submission of PPQs. If the client requests, the client may submit a PPQ directly to the Government's point of contact stated in the solicitation prior to the proposal closing date. Offerors may resubmit PPQs previously submitted with other proposals or may obtain an updated/new PPQ from a client for any submission.

Offerors shall not incorporate by reference into their proposal PPQs previously submitted for other RFPs.

The total number of projects submitted either as a CPARS Evaluation and/or PPQ must total three (3). It is the Offeror’s responsibility to provide sufficient information regarding their reference projects for the Government to determine if a project meets the Similar Work definition as stated in the solicitation.
