17 Moore Industries Which personnel do we need to submit past performance & experience for?

Yes, the final CPARS is acceptable. Keep in mind that past performance information also needs to establish that you are meeting the technical requirements as outlined in the solicitation.

Yes, as long as the projects are similar projects that have been completed within the last five (5) years with a satisfactory rating or better. Read the technical requirements carefully and pay close attention to the definition of projects which qualify as similar.

No

There is no set percentage that defines substantial completion. In accordance with GSAM 552.211-70, (2)There may be different completion dates required for different phases or portions of the work, as established in the contract. However, the work shall be deemed “substantially complete” if and only if the Contractor has completed the work and related contract obligations in accordance with the contract documents, such that the Government may enjoy the intended access, occupancy, possession, and use of the entire work without impairment due to incomplete or deficient work, and without interference from the Contractor's completion of remaining work or correction of deficiencies in completed work.

Assuming you mean jersey barriers to barricade the work zone, refer to the safety plan and traffic control plan requirements.

See answer above. Refer to the security requirements.

No.

Yes, as defined in the design documents.

These drawings are included in the set, but are identified as C101C and C101D.

They are pages 8 and 9 of the set.

The anticipated award date is 6/2/25, and the anticipated construction start date is 8/17/2025.

Refer to Document T10.7_Wages__Paving

This varies based on a number of factors. We do not provide anticipated weather days. The contractor needs to request weather days and substantiate their reasoning for requesting them in a timely manner for review by the CO.

Please refer to FAR 52.236-6 for personnel requirements

Past performance and experience are required for the project, not specific positions.
