About this file

This solicitation document seeks proposals from small businesses to provide architecture and engineering services to the General Services Administration Region 5 under multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts. Firms would provide services such as feasibility studies, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration for various repair and alteration projects managed from the Chicagoland Service Center. The majority of projects are expected to have an estimated construction cost between $75,000 and $1,000,000, with fees for design services not to exceed 6% of the cost. The intention is to award up to eight firms with one-year base periods and four one-year option periods. A two-stage qualification-based selection process will be used, with interviews for the shortlisted firms to be conducted virtually. Proposals are due by the date specified in Federal Business Opportunities.
