About this file

This document contains a solicitation amendment and responses to questions regarding Solicitation Number 47PC0223R0011 for general construction services for ABAAS compliance projects at the Ron de Lugo Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in St. Thomas, USVI. The General Services Administration is seeking to make improvements to bring the federal facility into compliance with ABAAS standards to the maximum extent possible. The amendment provides responses to questions received, confirming that all work is to be performed during non-occupied hours using a service elevator as available, and that delays due to court sessions running late should not commonly impact costs. Photos were also provided in response to a question. The North American Industry Classification associated code is 236220 and small businesses must have average annual receipts of $45 million or less over the last three fiscal years to qualify as small.
