Amendment 0005
1. Change the SF 1442 section 13(d), “Offers providing less than 180 calendar days for Government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected” to “290 calendar days” to allow for the price proposals to remain viable up to May 31, 2020. This change is being made to provide ample time for negotiations and evaluation for awards.
2. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
