About this file

This document provides a detailed overview of the technical evaluation process for the Workspace Resource Reservation System federal contract opportunity.

The evaluation will be conducted in multiple phases, with contractors first assessed on responsiveness and then evaluated on their technical proposals and prior experience. Contractors must receive a "Go" rating in Phase 1 and a "Good" or better consensus rating in Phase 2 to advance to Phase 3, which involves oral presentations and demonstrations of the proposed technical solution. The technical evaluation factors include Technical Approach, Past Experience, Recorded Presentation, and Usability/Accessibility testing. Offerors are required to demonstrate specific mandatory and optional scenarios during the oral presentation. The federal agency involved is the General Services Administration (GSA), which is seeking to efficiently manage workspaces and shared resources across its facilities. Responses are due by 10:00AM on Friday, June 7, 2024.
