Milestones/Deliverables/Completion Date
Proposed Award Date: March 28, 2019
Milestones/Deliverables Projected Completion Date
1. Kickoff meeting for the contractor, the COR and EEOC personnel to discuss tailoring of training and to clarify other particulars.
Within two (2) calendar days after date of award.
2. Contractor provides outline of both training modules.
Within one (1) calendar days of Kickoff meeting.
3. Contractor provides first draft of training materials for both modules.
Within one (1) calendar day of approval of the submitted outline.
4. Contractor and EEOC teleconference to discuss draft materials.
Same day as submission of draft materials.
5. Contractor provides final set of materials for both modules.
Within three (3) calendar days of teleconference discussion and feedback on draft materials.
6. Four (4) half-day sessions for HQ Supervisors delivered on-site (EEOC- HQ) via classroom training.
Thursday and Friday, April 11 and 12, 2019.
Training will be held from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. each day.
Electronic copy of all materials shall be delivered 2 calendar days prior to training date above.

7. Contractor shall provide training to employees and supervisors in the following 12 EEOC District Offices on the employee and supervisory training modules discussed in sections
3.1 and 3.2, respectively:
Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Memphis, New York, Phoenix, San Francisco, and St. Louis
Mutually agreed-upon dates and locations between April 2019 and September 2019.
Training will be held from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. each day.
Electronic copy of all materials shall be delivered seven (7) calendar days prior to agreed-upon training dates.
8. Contractor shall provide verbal training debriefs after each District Office training to EEOC leadership to discuss observations, perceptions, challenges, and next steps for each District Office training.
A written executive summary will be provided by the contractor on the entire training project, to include overall observations, perceptions, challenges, and next steps for the EEOC.
On the day the training for the District Office ends, or within one (1) week of the end of the training.
Thirty (30) days after the last training ends or by October 31, 2019, whichever comes first.
