About this file
This is an AFMC Form 158 Packaging Requirements document for Purchase Instrument Number FD20302601670-00, Version 5, generated on 29 April 2026. The document specifies packaging and marking requirements for three line items under MIL-STD 129 Revision R and MIL-STD 2073-1 Revision E standards.
The document includes a compliance statement regarding United Nations restrictions on wood packaging material (WPM), requiring all wooden lumber, pallets, and containers to be constructed from debarked, heat-treated wood (minimum 56°C/133°F for 30 minutes) with certification from an accredited agency recognized by the American Lumber Standards Committee, in accordance with International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM No. 15). Two items (2915DTH260166NZ and 2915DTH260161NZ) require no specific packaging data. All items must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1 for military packaging and MIL-STD-129 for shipping and storage markings. Shipping containers require additional marking criteria including unit serial numbers, OEM names, and OEM model numbers as specified on the AFMC Form 158. The packaging requirements were certified by Sean R. Cox, Packaging Specialist with the 406 SCMS/GULAA office, on 29 April 2026.
