About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423-1) specifying two data items required under contract FD20302601670 for the F100 P/n 351009 servo module kit system.

The first data item (A001) requires a First Article Qualification Test Plan and Procedures, with authority DI-NDTI-81307A. The contractor must provide a comprehensive plan ensuring all drawing requirements are met on each first article, including a list of all drawing dimensions and tolerances with corresponding verification equipment; plans to verify non-destructive inspections, visual inspection requirements, and material properties (mechanical, metallurgical, and chemical); confirmation that significant manufacturing processes are performed by OEM (P&W) or CEA (AFLCMC/LPSAA) approved/certified sources; and verification that forging or casting sources are approved/certified by the OEM or CEA. The test plan must be submitted on ISO-10149 compliant CD-ROM in Adobe Acrobat format and received 30 calendar days from the contract date. Government coordination through AFLCMC/LZPED is required. The second data item (A002) is a Test/Inspection Report (DI-NDTI-80809B/T) that must satisfy all requirements in the approved test plan, verify all drawing requirements including dimensions and inspections, confirm approved/certified manufacturing sources, and include part process sheets. This report must be submitted to OC-ALC/ENRS 120 calendar days from government approval of the test plan. Both deliverables require Distribution Statement A clearance and government coordination. The requiring office is AFLCMC/LPSAA with coordination through AFLCMC/LZPED at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.
