About this file
This is a pricing schedule (Schedule E) for a State of Michigan Request for Proposal (No. 190000001956) for Genetic Paternity Testing Services. The document outlines the pricing structure for testing and collection services across Michigan counties, with an estimated annual collection volume of 15,298 tests statewide. The schedule requires bidders to provide unit pricing for both testing and collection services, with specific consideration for optional full-time staff placement in select counties including Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Genesee, Washtenaw, Kent, and surrounding areas.
The pricing structure is divided into two main tables: Table 1 requires unit pricing for individual testing and collection services without full-time staff, while Table 2 requests additional unit pricing for scenarios involving one to three full-time specimen collection staff members in selected counties. The document specifies that all costs must be inclusive of one-time charges, set-up fees, specimen collection kits, supplies, and expert witness services. Quick payment terms are encouraged, with bidders able to offer discount percentages for prompt payment. Wayne County shows the highest estimated annual collections at 4,926, followed by Kent County at 880 and Macomb County at 848 tests annually.
