About this file

This is a Request for Preference Form submitted by Los Alamos County, New Mexico, for an on-call landscape architecture, multidisciplinary architectural, and engineering services contract. The contract is designed to provide recurring professional services to support the study, planning, and design of public parks and recreational infrastructure, with the Community Services Department serving as the primary user department, though other County departments may access services as needed through coordination with CSD. The form establishes the framework for vendor qualification and preference evaluation in response to the county's landscape architecture and engineering needs.

The Request for Preference Form outlines the county's evaluation criteria and preferences for selecting qualified vendors to provide the requested professional services on an on-call basis. The document establishes the mechanisms by which Los Alamos County will assess bidder qualifications, experience, and ability to deliver landscape architecture, multidisciplinary architectural, and engineering services for public park and recreational infrastructure projects. This preference-based approach allows the county to maintain flexibility in engaging multiple qualified consultants for various project requirements while ensuring vendors meet established professional and technical standards.
