About this file
This document contains paper submission instructions for suppliers responding to Denton County, Texas's request for proposals on Inmate Mail and Phone Services. Suppliers electing to submit paper-based proposals must prepare submission materials organized into four tabs: Tab 1 addressing background and relevant qualifications, Tab 2 covering methodology and technical approach, Tab 3 presenting the cost proposal, and Tab 4 including administrative and informational submittals. All four tabs are required components of the submission. Suppliers must adhere to the specifications outlined in Section II, Objective and Instructions, and comply with all deadlines specified in Section I, Project Dates, prior to submission.
The instructions provide the procedural framework for paper submissions only; suppliers choosing electronic submission should reference Exhibit A for alternative instructions. The document does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder meetings, award dates, contract terms, pricing structures, set-asides, or funding information, as these details are contained in other sections of the solicitation materials referenced within this exhibit.
