About this file
This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for a Retail Infant Formula Rebate Agreement for the New England and Tribal Organizations (NEATO) WIC program. The bidders must provide pricing and rebate bids for various physical forms of infant formula, including liquid concentrate, powder, and ready-to-feed. The contract will cover one hundred percent of NEATO's needs across all geographic areas. The bidders must be registered with the Secretary of Health and Human Services and their products must meet federal regulatory requirements. No guarantees are provided on the minimum or maximum number of infant participants or the quantities of infant formula that will be issued under the resulting agreement.
The ITB requires bidders to provide detailed information on the product name, UPC code, unit size, reconstituted ounces per unit, lowest wholesale full truckload price per unit, and rebate bid per unit for each physical form of infant formula being offered. The bids will be evaluated, and a contract will be awarded to the successful bidder. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in the provided documentation.
