Orders commence the week of June 8, 2026, with preferred delivery every Tuesday and Thursday, flexible to the vendor's established weekly routes. All deliveries must occur between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm EST. Upon contract award, vendors must contact the Food Service Warehouse at (978) 796-1004 prior to delivery for schedule approval or adjustments. Delivery schedules will be strictly enforced, and failure to meet established timeframes constitutes nonconformance and may result in contract termination for cause. All orders must ship complete for compliance determination.

Certified religious diet items must be marked "kosher parve" on packaging and certified by an accepted Orthodox Kosher certification agency from the United States or Canada, with documentation provided. All items will undergo close inspection prior to acceptance, with conditional receipt allowed for three days of examination and testing. Rejected products require replacement within 24 hours. Non-compliant items must be picked up by the vendor at their expense within two weeks of notification; if not retrieved, disposal costs are the contractor's responsibility. Vendors failing to meet delivery schedules or specifications may be removed from future consideration due to past performance.
