About this file

This is a QA Solicitation Checklist for Navy Standard Items (NSI) related to work on the USS Oscar Austin (SSP# NAPL-014-25) with a period of performance from 2/13/25 to 2/27/25. The checklist outlines required quality-related documentation that must be submitted to FDRMC Code 130 QA to demonstrate contractor compliance with Work Package specifications.

The checklist is divided into three main sections: Quality Management System documentation (including Quality Manual and ISO 9001 certification if applicable), Calibration/Inspectors/Confined Space/Coatings requirements (including test equipment calibration records, inspector qualifications, and coating certifications), and Welding/Non-Destructive Testing documentation (including welding certifications, NDT personnel certifications, and test/inspection plans). Key requirements include submission of a Quality Manual per NSI 009-04, procedures for monitoring measuring resources and nonconformity actions, calibration records, qualified inspector lists, and a Test and Inspection Plan (TIP) showing scheduled work items. All documentation must be submitted in English.
