About this file

This file is a pricing spreadsheet for a Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Provost Search Committee support services solicitation. The document covers a base period from 9/30/2025 to 3/30/2026, with an optional extension from 3/30/2026 to 9/29/2026. The solicitation (N00244-25-Q-S138) seeks contractor support for an executive search to identify candidates for the Provost position, with a current salary cap of $204,000 for the AD11 pay scale. The pricing sheet indicates no specific pricing for the CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) 0001 and 1001 line items, but notes potential additional incentives such as recruitment, retention, and relocation packages that can be negotiated. The opportunity is issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) and requires the contractor to conduct an extensive, multi-faceted academic search to develop a candidate pool aligned with NPS's strategic vision and goals.

The position is an AD11. The current salary cap is $204K (This changes yearly based on the cost of living increases provided to the executive branch). AD pay scale for NPS. We however have other incentives such as recruitment/retention incentives or relocation incentives that can be authorized. For example during the last search we negotiated a multiyear recruitment incentive as well as relocation incentives.
