About this file

This is a Respondent Questionnaire attachment for a Tech Innovation Challenge issued by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement on behalf of the Department of Innovation and Technology. The questionnaire is designed to evaluate qualified respondents capable of providing AI services focused on Municipal Code search and navigation. The project seeks to develop a real-time system that leverages artificial intelligence to assist Detroit residents and city staff in understanding and navigating the city's rules, regulations, and municipal code. The contract term is six months, with a total contract amount of $50,000.00. The questionnaire serves as an evaluation tool to assess respondent qualifications, technical capabilities, and ability to deliver the proposed AI-driven municipal code solution.

The questionnaire component of this procurement is intended to establish baseline qualifications and competency requirements for respondents before formal proposal submission. As part of the Tech Innovation Challenge structure, this document facilitates the initial screening of candidates to ensure they possess the necessary expertise in artificial intelligence, municipal code systems, and municipal government operations. The evaluation criteria within the questionnaire likely address respondent experience with similar AI implementations, technical infrastructure capabilities, and understanding of Detroit's specific municipal code requirements and governance challenges.
