Technical evaluation will be based on 800 possible points covering firm qualifications and history, assigned team credentials and experience, design and document production capability, similar project portfolios from the past ten years, and references from at least five clients including a minimum of two from similar elementary school projects. The District reserves the right to contact references not listed and may require oral presentations at the offeror's expense.
