About this file
This is an addendum to a Request for Proposals issued by the Seattle Convention Center in Washington for window washing services on its campus buildings. Addendum No. 1, issued on September 24, 2026, modifies the staffing requirements outlined in the original RFP solicitation documents. The addendum specifies that the contractor must assign one full-time individual (40 hours per week) to the Arch building and one full-time individual to the Summit building, with both assigned personnel required to be on-site at the Seattle Convention Center on a regular schedule. These individuals must sign in and out through the SCC Security Control office and must be identified by name in the RFP submittal.
All other terms, conditions, and requirements from the original RFP documents remain in effect and are not modified by this addendum. The addendum supersedes any conflicting language in previously issued RFP documents, with the revised staffing language constituting the controlling requirement for contractor proposals.
