About this file
This is the First Addendum to a Request for Proposals issued by the Seattle Convention Center (SCC) in Washington for window washing services at the Arch and Summit buildings on the SCC campus. The addendum, dated September 24, 2026, modifies the original RFP documents by revising Section 1.2 (Objective & Scope). The key modification requires that the contractor assign one individual at the Arch building and one individual at the Summit building to work on-site at the SCC on a regular 40-hour-per-week schedule. These assigned individuals must sign in and out of the facility through the SCC Security Control office and must be identified in the RFP submittal. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation documents remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
The addendum provides no information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, contract term, renewal options, or other financial considerations. The document serves solely as a clarification and modification to staffing requirements for the window washing services contract, ensuring that dedicated personnel are assigned to each building with established security protocols and regular on-site presence.
