Creative Services for Storm Water Services - Procurement Portal Instructions

This document provides procurement portal instructions for the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, regarding a Creative Services contract opportunity with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services (CMSWS). CMSWS is seeking companies to provide creative services supporting education and outreach campaigns, including creative strategy and planning, branding, video production and editing, graphic design, digital media, and imagery related to cause-related messaging for non-profit or government organizations. The document does not specify quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidders' meetings, award dates, or contract terms, as it focuses exclusively on submission procedures rather than substantive contract details.

All solicitation questions must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Discussions section of the Bonfire Procurement Portal at https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com. Vendors must submit proposals electronically via the portal's opportunities section and complete the uploading, submission, and finalization process prior to the posted deadline. The City recommends allowing at least one week before the deadline to account for upload time and file size considerations. The portal is compatible with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox, with JavaScript and browser cookies enabled. Technical support is available through Bonfire's help forum at https://vendorsupport.gobonfire.com/hc/en-us, by email at Support@GoBonfire.com, or by phone at 1-800-354-8010. A five-minute training video on vendor registration and submission is available through Bonfire's support website.
