About this file
This document is an evaluation criteria document from Boulder County Procurement for a substance testing services contract related to the Justice Planning Committee (JPC). The procurement seeks vendors to provide substance testing services that must adhere to Division of Criminal Justice Standards, with all test results delivered to the JPC within 3 business days. The evaluation process will be conducted by a selection committee that may request additional information from vendors or conduct interviews before making final selections.
The evaluation will be based on a 100-point scoring matrix with five equally weighted criteria worth 20 points each: adherence to Division of Criminal Justice Standards, competitive affordable pricing for initial and confirmation substance testing samples, flexibility to meet ongoing JPC needs, timely delivery of results within 3 business days, and consistent and reliable sample collection. The document does not specify contract terms, award dates, funding sources, or incumbent information, focusing solely on the evaluation methodology that will be used to assess vendor proposals for this substance testing services contract.
