About this file
This document is a Debarment and Suspension Certification form issued by the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) Procurement Services Department. The certification requires bidders to affirm that their company and any potential subcontractors are not debarred, suspended, ineligible, or excluded from contract awards by the U.S. Department of Agriculture or any other Federal, State, or Local Agency.
The form mandates that bidders immediately notify CCSD if they become debarred or placed on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended, and Ineligible Contractors during the bid process or after contract award. Bidders who cannot execute this certification will not be considered for an award. The document emphasizes that debarment and suspension sanctions are imposed to protect the government's interests, following procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 48 C.F.R. Ch. 1 Subpart 9.4.
