About this file

The document is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form from the Cherokee County School District's Procurement Services Department. This standard form requires bidders to certify that they have developed their bid prices independently and without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with other bidders or competitors that might restrict competition.

The certification requires bidders to affirm three key points: 1) bid prices were determined independently, 2) bid prices have not been and will not be disclosed to other bidders or competitors prior to bid opening, and 3) no attempts have been made to induce other parties to submit or withhold bids to restrict competition. The document warns that collusive bidding practices are a crime and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The form provides spaces for a bidder's legal name, corporate officer signature, title, and printed name, with a last update date of 8/23.
