About this file

This document contains submission instructions for respondents to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) procurement process for Annual Maintenance for Point of Sale and Inventory Software. All submissions must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with respondents required to register prior to access. The portal supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date, with TDCJ recommending that vendors allow at least one business day to complete the process due to potential delays associated with large file uploads. Questions or requests for additional information regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by dates indicated in the solicitation. All amendments are issued via Public Notice through the electronic bid system, and respondents are responsible for obtaining and reviewing all amendments pertaining to the solicitation.

Respondents may request to withdraw and resubmit responses until the advertised due date and time. Once the submission deadline passes, all responses in TDCJ's possession are deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable, with no amendments or corrections permitted after the due date and time. TDCJ recommends that respondents verify submission completion by confirming a "Submission Complete" status from Euna Procurement and reviewing submitted documents to ensure accurate content, as no changes can be made after the close date. Technical assistance for the submission process is available through support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or the Euna Procurement Vendor Knowledgebase. Respondents bear sole responsibility for ensuring that response documents successfully arrive before the established due date and time.
