06/30/2023 This addendum is being issued to modify the subject as follows:

To extend the proposal due date to 07/05/2023 To provide the following information:

The performance of this contract is not a function of the size of the area, but rather the budget amount and the rates submitted by the awarded contractor; however, the site is divided into four approximately equal cyclic management focus areas. The annual focus area is 250 acres of non-summer woody invasive species control of buckthorn, honeysuckle, and bittersweet species typical of the Chicago area. Most areas will have received treatment already so that the majority or work will be addressing resprouts up to 0.5” to 1.0” in diameter. Summer work will be addressing populations primarily of purple loosestrife, teasel, parsnip, and phragmites. These populations have already received attention and are in a control state. At this time none of these population circumstances are beyond the capability of the annual budget allocation.
