About this file
This document is a Standard Form LLL (Disclosure of Lobbying Activities) from the State of Florida Department of Transportation, specifically a procurement form related to federal lobbying disclosure requirements. The form is designed to capture details about lobbying activities connected to federal actions such as contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, loans, or loan guarantees. While no specific contract details are provided, the form outlines a standardized process for reporting payments or agreements made to lobby federal officials or employees in connection with a covered federal action.
The form requires reporting entities to disclose information including the type of federal action, its current status, details about the reporting entity (prime or subawardee), the federal agency involved, and specifics about any lobbying registrants or individuals performing lobbying services. The document includes instructions for completing the form and notes potential civil penalties of $10,000 to $100,000 for failing to file the required disclosure. The form is part of a federal transparency initiative under 31 U.S.C. section 1352, aimed at making lobbying activities publicly accessible and accountable.
