Questions for the VA regarding the size of the Emblems of Belief and layout issues.

?.19) Are there reduced size standards for the Emblems of Belief? If so what are the standard sizes? On the layouts below, the Emblems of Belief are represented by three different size circles. The standard size of the emblem is indicated as 2” tall on drawing A-EM-1. The 2” tall emblem will not fit in the top location dimensioned on the 6 Line inscription… drawing below, lower left. The space is dimensioned at 1.81”. And 2” is very tight fitting in other locations as well.

?. 20) The dimensions for the 6 Line Inscription placement… is the one closest to the layout for the required sample to be submitted for bidding. The line spacing is very non-uniform.

Reference below, in particular the space dimensions of 1.02” and .25” on the upper name and .62” and .44” on the lower name. One would expect them to be similar. Do we follow the layout, or are there corrected dimensions to follow, or do we use our best judgment to place the lines for a uniform “look”? Place the lines for a uniform consistent look.

?. 21) Additionally, as mentioned above in question one, the 2” tall Emblem of Belief does not fit in the 1.81” space indicated and still would be very tight even if the lines were adjusted. The space for the emblem at the bottom would be too small as well. It is also 1.81”. Reduce the EOB size to fit the space available.

?.22) Do we need to send 2 sets of resumes etc?

No. You can forgo sending the anonymous Volume.
