| We have a team that is interested in putting together a bid for the 644-26-001 Plumbing Infrastructure Repairs Ext Site D-B Project. We would like to perform a site visit prior to submitting a bid package as required by the statement of work. |
What is the process for scheduling a pre-bid site visit?
The subject project is being solicited as a 2-Phase Design-Build and so the solicitation will commence in 2 phases – we are currently only asking for Phase 1 proposals.
Once Phase 1 proposal evaluation has completed and the Phase 2 amendment has been issued to all those who made it to Phase 2 – a pre-bid site visit date will be provided.
Please refer to pages 8-14 of the solicitation for additional information regarding Phase 1 proposals.
