About this file
This document is an Amendment (0001) to Solicitation 36C77625Q0175 for the Cookeville Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOTA) services, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The amendment provides comprehensive answers to 29 contractor questions covering critical project details such as schedule, design submittals, equipment management, and activation requirements.
Key clarifications include the contractor's responsibilities for developing an Activation Integrated Master Schedule, creating an Acquisition Plan, providing a certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) onsite, developing an Artwork Placement Plan, and performing mock-up services. The government will provide the Construction/Design Master Schedule upon lease award, with anticipated dates including Beneficial Occupancy Date (BOD) in mid-September 2027 and First Patient Day in early February 2028. The contractor will not be responsible for relocating staff or reuse equipment, and all face-to-face meetings will be held at the government's facility in Nashville, Tennessee.
