DESCRIPTION

Expand and Renovate Laboratory Building 1, 2nd Floor - Minor Design - Fresno VAMC - 36C77624R0078 Amendment 1 for Project-570-231 36C77624R0078

Question 1: Does the structural engineer require to have an SE license to perform work in California for this project?

Response: Refer to Page 4 of 36C77624R0078 document under “1. Professional Qualifications”

Question 2: How many Physical Security Specialists are you looking for?

Response: The amount of Physical Security Specialists would be dependent on the firm’s capabilities and proposal. Each firm would decide on the appropriate amount of Physical Security Specialists needed for the project based on their proposal after reviewing the scope of work. Typically, 1 – 2 Physical Security Specialists would suffice.

Question 3: Factor 2 (Specialized Experience) seems to have a lot of requirements that are commonly found in EHRM solicitations. The SOW seems to ask for different requirements. I just wanted to make sure that the requirements in Factor 2 were correct.

Response: The requirements referenced in 2 – Specialized Experience are correct based on the SOW and the complexity of this project. This project will require infrastructure noted from all, but not limited to, the specialized experience and technical competence referenced in 2 – Specialized Experience.
