About this file
This document contains a technical questions and response tracking sheet for an EHRM infrastructure upgrade design-build project at a Veterans Affairs medical center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project involves upgrading wireless fidelity, electrical, UPS, building management system interfaces, communication infrastructure, fiber infrastructure backbone, and providing a diverse geographical path for WAN to the datacenter across multiple campus buildings. The period of performance is approximately 305 calendar days from notice to proceed. Sales tax will apply to the contract. Clarification was provided that the target ceiling for design and construction is $3,902,900 and that specialized experience from the design firm on the team is only required if the prime contractor does not have design-build experience.
