Per the proposal response instructions, the offeror shall provide as part of the proposal and based on the standards described and listed in the PWS, one example for each category shown below for which the offeror considers to be their highest quality work in the following areas…

Question – Is the government asking for unique examples to be provided for both the IDIQ and TO1 responses?

In addition, does the government want offerors to just provide descriptions of these examples or does the government want the entire work product example to be submitted with the offerors proposal.

The government’s request for clarification will help to eliminate ambiguity for all competitors.

Government Response: For the IDIQ, for each category, the Offeror should provide the relevant portion of an example of their prior work, not necessarily an entire report/publication.

For Task Order 1, the Offeror should describe/summarize why they consider the example to be their highest quality work.
