About this file

This document is a Questions and Clarifications file for RFQ 36C77025Q0220 related to a Tablet and Capsule Automation (TCA) system upgrade at the Dallas CMOP. Key updates include operational clarifications such as work hours (6:00am - 12:00am Monday through Friday, with Saturday/Sunday work requiring 5-day advance scheduling), specific equipment movement instructions, and modifications to project milestones. Notably, Line Item 5, Milestone 3 was updated to remove a "Puck Verification Station" cost and now reads "New TCA and Tote Line Upgrade Equipment Delivery to Facility".

The document reinforces strict project requirements, including a prohibition on welding/cutting without special permission and specifying that production must remain operational during each project phase. The exit for equipment is designated as the back door garage door ramp area, and two motor starters will be moved to the far east cabinet to accommodate remaining equipment. These clarifications support the broader project goal of replacing existing pharmacy automation systems with faster, safer, and more reliable technology that integrates fully with the current Pharmacy Operating System (POS) and production infrastructure.
