About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 23 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The amendment number is A0001, effective June 25, 2026, for solicitation 36C26326Q0838. The amendment's sole purpose is to respond to vendor questions regarding service delivery requirements.
The vendor Q&A clarifies that for service calls, the crew leader must be onsite and hold a Level III Certification or higher within 2 hours of dispatch. The responding crew should be capable of starting work and locating necessary parts within the 2-hour window. The same crew performing the initial inspection will conduct repairs if needed. A Maintenance Supervisor will be present onsite to facilitate communications. This amendment does not extend the offer receipt deadline and requires offerors to acknowledge receipt by completing the amendment form, acknowledging receipt on their offer submission, or sending separate written communication referencing both the solicitation and amendment numbers prior to the specified deadline. Failure to acknowledge receipt may result in rejection of the offer.
