The contractor is responsible for all preventative maintenance, repairs, connections, disconnections, and emergency response within 4 hours of equipment failure with 48-hour replacement if unrepairable. The base period runs 16 weeks from July 21, 2026, through May 31, 2027, with two 30-week option periods extending through May 31, 2029. Installation must be completed by June 1, 2027, and removal by November 15, 2027, with both dates flexible upon written approval. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and all contractor personnel require vendor badges and must be escorted on VA property.
