1. Since this is being done in 3 phases, will we be able to invoice each phase as it's completed, including installation? We will have to pay our vendor within 30 days of shipment and have to pay them a 50% downpayment to even place an order so for a small business, that is a lengthy time to float $50 or $100k. – Understandable, but the end user and construction will have to sign off following each phase that install is complete and nothing else is needed.
1. In the SOW, under salients, Platform Beds, the salients are for a wood platform bed, not a rotationally molded bed but the item requested is rotationally molded. I know their intent is to use the molded beds so I assume we are to ignore the salients for that item? Think this got confusing in the SOW as Platform Bed Guidelines that was listed was pertaining to complying with the MX Environment of Care Checklist. Meaning if there was wood platform, but yes it is molded.
1. Zenplus Rocker: Item #1ZENRP1-900-C, Quantity 1, Color Furka Plua: This was originally quoted in Furka Plus, color 7064.20, but in the description, it does not list the color. Can you confirm if it is still 7064.20 (several colors changed from beginning to end)? Yes Furka Plus
1. Is there a loading dock in the building where these are to be delivered? Yes
1. Is there a freight elevator available? Yes
1. Would you be able to provide more guidance on the installation scheduling of the three phases. I understand it's dependent upon the Construction Schedule and it would be appreciated if you could provide some relative guideposts of time as it relates to start date/end date by phase. Yes
1. The earliest projected construction start date is March 1st, 2026.
Therefore the earliest need date for phase 1 furniture delivery would likely be May 4th, 2026. Based on 135 days of construction projected for construction phase 1.
Therefore the earliest need date for phase 2 furniture delivery would likely be November 23rd, 2026. Based on 205 days of construction projected for construction phase 2.
Therefore the earliest need date for phase 3 furniture delivery would likely be March 22nd, 2027. Based on 115 days of construction projected for construction phase 3.
