Text version

1. What is the inspection frequencies per scope, per site? Each site seems to do things a little differently and we are trying to understand exactly what is expected to be quoted for frequencies. We typically quote all our inspection frequencies based on the code requirements (i.e. Sprinkler example – Annual, quarterlies, semi-annual and monthlies). We have Quarterly, Monthly, Semi-Annually, and 5 Year Inspections. Due to the award time for this contract in the past, some inspections were out of cycle. This may also happen this year, but 2024 will be on track.

2. Joint Commission – Are both sites following Joint Commission guidelines and standards? We did not see a lot of evidence at either site supporting that but need to verify what is expected. – Yes, all Joint Commission standards must be followed.

3. Is service work separate from this RFQ? We would prefer service work to be separate but need to verify what is expected. – Yes, service work is separate from inspections. You may submit a quote for repairs, but we can choose to go to another contractor, or do in-house repairs if we choose.

4. EP 10 the inspection reports list all fire department connections. EP 10 lists 13 total fire department connections and locations.
