2. At this time, the period of performance start date of the anticipated contract remains as 11/01/2019.

a.Answer: A CSCA likely won’t be required for this contract.
5.Question: For the locations requesting monthly service, can the servicing frequency be changed to every four weeks rather than monthly? This is more efficient for scheduling and keeps servicing frequency intervals consistent.
a.Answer: No. The contract will include a fixed monthly price. In performance of the contract, the contractor shall perform services at those locations once per month for a fixed price.

6. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. With that, the limitations on subcontracting will apply to the contract and its performance. a.Answer: Yes.
9.Question: Will any bins be located above/below the ground floor at the main campus and/or the other locations? Are freight elevators available to move the bins to/from ground level?
a.Answer: Yes, the shred bins are located on multiple levels and elevators are available for transport.
10.Question: Is there a current contract for the work being solicited?
