1. For units requiring preventive maintenance (PM) parts, will these be provided by the VA, or are they considered separate from the Statement of Work (SOW)?
- Parts are provided by the VA.
2. Regarding calibration sets required for specific devices, such as infusion pumps, will the VA provide these, or should the cost be included in our proposal?
- Yes, VA will provide.
3. Could you provide a list of the specific outside clinics to be serviced and their required service intervals?
- No outside clinics. Just here in the Hospital
4. Is there a schedule indicating which devices are due for service in specific months?
5. Could you provide a comprehensive list of quantities for each device, including model numbers?
