About this file
This document is an Amendment to a Combined Solicitation for Landscape and Lawncare Services issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for the Long Beach VA Healthcare System. The solicitation (36C26225Q1331) covers landscape maintenance services for the period of 10/1/2025 - 9/30/2026, with a Small Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSBC) set-aside under NAICS code 561730 and Product Service Code S208. The current incumbent is IAW Construction Inc., and the contract will replace their previous contract (36C26220C0159).
Key details include approximately 80 trash cans to be emptied, 1,342 square feet of annual color plantings to be changed quarterly, and specific operational conditions: no site visits will be available, no trash containers will be provided, and a laydown space will be offered for equipment storage. The response deadline is 09/09/2025 at 11:00 am Mountain Time, with contractors allowed to use subcontractors for required certifications. The contract requires on-site utility vehicles, and tree trimming is primarily performed on Saturdays. The point of contact is Contracting Specialist Lori Gammage, who can be reached at lorenza.gammage@va.gov.
