Did not see on RFP, please provide.
A: Sample certification provided within the clause as identified in the solicitation. See 4.24 VAAR 852.219-75 page 67.
Question 2
Q: The RFP states the site visit is not mandatory although in the drawings under general note ‘G’ states the walk is mandatory.
A: The government is aware of a discrepancy regarding site visit attendance. Please disregard all text in the drawings and documents stating, “Due to the complexity of project, attendance of pre-bid walk through is mandatory – no exceptions”. This note accompanies multiple drawings, and it is not correct. Refer to SF 1442 INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS TO BIDDERS/OFFERORS for site visit information.
Attendance of the site visit is not mandatory; however, all bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
Question 3
