This amendment is issued to clarify the below statement in paragraph 3 of the PWS.

“The Contractor shall manage their staffing schedule to ensure that there are always 1 lead monitor and 6 monitors on site 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.”

The Government is clarifying that this means at any point in time during the 24-hour day, every day of the year, there must be 1 lead monitor and 6 monitors working on site. Establishment of the shifts to support this effort is up to the Contractor (e.g., 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts).

The proposal due date and time remains Thursday, December 29, 2022, at 1pm Pacific Time.
