About this file

This is an Amendment to a Solicitation (Standard Form 30) that extends the deadline and adds requirements to solicitation 36C26126Q0267 for Ice Machine Cleaning and Sanitizing Services at the Veterans Affairs Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS). The amendment, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 on behalf of Contracting Officer Lacy Morgan, extends the offer receipt deadline from January 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM PST to January 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM PST. The amendment incorporates FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit (April 1984) into the solicitation and establishes an optional site visit scheduled for Friday, January 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM PST at VACCHCS, located at 2615 E Clinton Ave, Fresno, CA 93703-2286.

Vendors interested in attending the site visit must register by Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM PST by emailing Michael Avakian at Michael.Avakian@va.gov and copying Lacy Morgan at Lacy.Morgan@va.gov with company name, attendee name, position/title, and email address. Each company may register up to two representatives. The site visit is limited to two people per vendor to minimize traffic flow in patient care areas where ice machines are located. Parking Lot E can accommodate up to two vehicles; additional vehicles must find parking within the facility perimeter on the same side as the facility. Offerors are urged to inspect the site and satisfy themselves regarding general and local conditions affecting contract performance, though failure to inspect does not constitute grounds for claims after contract award.
