Ergonomic Analysis/Findings & Recommendations

The following information was gained through a telephonic interview of the job tasks and working environment. Job tasks were reviewed and observed through digital pictures to determine any risk factors as they relate to employee discomfort.

Ergonomic Report: Wanda Marie Tucker 2

The recommendations below are provided as suggestions to minimize exacerbation of symptoms and/or reduce risk of injury to the employee.

Ergonomic Findings Ergonomic Recommendations

Employee is working standing only at a multiuser workstation on a hard floor encouraging fatigue of the lower extremities.

Obtain a standing mat to stand on while working at the counter location to discourage fatigue of the lower extremities.

The employee is entering information provided by patients at the service counter which is too far from the employee.

It is suggested to use a standing desk converter on the very right side of the service desk that allows Wanda to work closer to patients while standing and working on the computer.
