RFI #12 – Per Site Visit conducted on 3/27/2023, Contractor accurately measured the areas reflected within Exhibit B of the government’s Solicitation Statement of Work. Contractor measured twice for complete accuracy. Contractor measures 14,729 SF of surface area as shown in Exhibit B. Government states “approximately 12,000 SF”. Please confirm with Contractor the accurate measurements of the Contractor’s responsibility. Given the price per SF of the turf required by the Government, a discrepancy that significant would place an undue burden upon Contractor. Alternatively, please confirm that Contractor shall only be responsible for pricing 12,000 SF of turf for bidding purposes. If subsequent to an award, the VA determines that they would wish more than 12,000 SF of turf to be installed the government would request a change order.

RFI # 12 VA Response: Anticipate approximately 15,000 SF needed for this project.
