QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. Is there currently an incumbent or is the opportunity new?

“One (1) unit day rate is for two (2) custodial workers.” The as-needed non-routine day to day requests are unknown and will vary depending on need.

A9. Not available at this time.
10. How many day shift personnel are being requested?

A15. Offices are typically locked or VA staff will be present. VA staff will be notified of cleaning schedule. Set office cleaning days will be distributed to the VA staff based on a five (5) day (M-F) work week; however, the Contractor shall at a minimum clean each office once-a-week if the office is not available or the VA staff waives cleaning for the day. On average, the contractor should expect to clean each office at least three (3) times per week but this number will vary.
