About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for hospital grade housekeeping and cleaning services for non-patient areas at the Portland VA Medical Center in Oregon. The amendment provides revisions to answers to previous questions, clarifies sections of the performance work statement, and extends the response deadline to January 26, 2024 at 5:00pm PST. The base period of performance is from March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025 with four optional one-year extensions. Vendors must be certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and submit items 1 through 4 in their response along with a signed certification under VAAR 852.219-75. The amendment clarifies that total square footage breakdowns by flooring type are unavailable and directs vendors to the site visit conducted on January 16, 2024 to assess flooring types, amounts and conditions across all sites except the sixth floor of Building 101.
