About this file
This document is an Amendment to a Combined Solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for veteran lodging across 15 locations in Montana. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office is seeking hotels located within 10 miles of specified medical centers and community-based outpatient clinics to provide accommodations for authorized veterans. The solicitation (36C25925Q0629) requires contractors to submit quotes for hotels at all 15 locations, with the understanding that room bookings will be coordinated through the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and payment will only be made for actual veteran occupancy.
Key details include a response deadline of August 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM Mountain Time, with a product service code V231 and NAICS code 721110 for the lodging industry. The BPA pricing schedule will be reviewed annually, and contractors must be prepared to find alternative accommodations if their primary hotel is fully booked. Shuttle service is not required but should be noted if available. The solicitation emphasizes flexibility in stay duration, as each veteran's lodging needs will vary, and the VA will only pay for rooms actually occupied by authorized individuals.
