About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the lease of two color production copiers for the Eastern Colorado Health Care System in Aurora, CO. The SOW specifies the required technical capabilities for the copiers, including speed, configuration, paper handling, finishing options, and other features. It also outlines delivery, installation, warranty, and security requirements.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the lease and maintenance of the color production copiers, with a base year and four 1-year option periods. The RFQ is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Quotes are due by March 22, 2024, and the government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. The RFQ provides detailed evaluation factors, including technical capability, compliance with subcontracting limitations, and price.
